NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall include all written, electronic, or oral information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party related to the land, including but not limited to financial documents, property valuations, site plans, titles, contracts, and other business plans in Rainbow valley master plan development.
